Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Other Territories:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, or other territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping to Canada:
Shipping to Canada is available for select items with free standard shipping. However, certain regions, including Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon, are excluded from our shipping areas. Standard Processing
- OAKHAM exclusively ships to addresses within the 49 states of the United States and select regions in Canada. International shipping outside these areas is not available.
- We offer free standard shipping as our default shipping option for eligible orders.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO post office boxes or P.O. Box addresses.
- Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed within 3 business days. Once your order is processed, the shipping time is approximately 5 business days, depending on your location. Therefore, the total delivery time is calculated as:
Total Delivery Time = 3 business days (Order Processing Time) + 5 business days (Shipping Time) for standard in-stock orders. Pre-orders or out-of-stock items may have different processing times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. - Our products ship from local warehouses, and customs duties are generally not incurred. However, if any customs duties are levied by the carrier, the customer is responsible for these costs.
- We also reserve the right to conduct a security review. If your order is affected, we will notify you within 30 days.
Tracking Your Packages
- Rest assured, we will provide you with one or more tracking numbers via the confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This enables you to easily track the progress and delivery status of your package.
Canceling an Order
