When the motion detection feature is enabled, OAKHAM products capture images of detected changes and upload them to our servers to notify you of any motion events. By activating this feature, you agree that OAKHAM may collect, transmit, upload, and retain such images. OAKHAM maintains administrative and technical safeguards to ensure that only you and authorized users have access to these images.
OAKHAM products are designed to provide a stable live view of your home from anywhere. To achieve this, you agree to OAKHAM transmitting, uploading, and retaining your data outside of your country of residence. Only the necessary data for your usage will be transmitted, and all data will be encrypted during transmission.
User Content
The Service allows Users to upload or post video content (referred to as "User Content"). Additionally, the Service may permit you to provide feedback, comments, questions, and other information (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we act as a passive conduit and storage facility for the distribution and publication of your User Content. Log Collection
We may upload program log files to help engineers fix bugs and improve product quality.
Miscellaneous
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
